• Book online with a 30% deposit (or pay within 24 hours to confirm your booking).
  Full payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

• Minimum stay is 7 nights, or less for smaller gaps in our schedule.

• Standard occupancy 2-10 guests (check our page about setup and bedrooms).
  Occupancy for 12 people can be arranged on previous consultation (only for families with children)

• Check-in time: the villa will be ready for your arrival from 16.00 pm.
  Check-out time on your departure day is 10.00 am.

What happens next when I book online?
When you book online, you have the choice to pay a deposit (30% of your total rate) with your bank card or through PayPal at the end of the booking process. Your payment will secure your reservation instantly. We recommend this when you are taking advantage of a special deal that might not be available for long. If you do not pay at the end of the booking process, e.g. because you want to confirm your flights first, then you will receive a confirmation (by email) that your booking is accepted as a PROVISIONAL reservation. We will now guarantee your reservation for 24 hours to give you the time to book your flights, with the villa safely reserved for you. After 24 hours we will need your deposit payment to confirm your reservation. Your bookings information contains a link to pay your 30% deposit by card (all major credit and debit cards accepted).

Booking your accommodation and booking your flight

When you decide to book the villa, you probably want to book your flights simultaneously. And we know how daunting it can be to decide which 'book now' button you should hit first, when you are browsing for flights and accommodation at the same time, and hope to match the two of them. Don't worry, if you book online or submit the booking form, we will be happy to keep your reservation on hold and saved for you for 24 hours. We will send you the invoice and ask you to fully confirm and secure your reservation after 24 hours by paying the deposit (30% of your total rental rate), as indicated in the terms and conditions of your booking.
