The interior of the villa is spacious and airy, with the exclusive use of high end materials, stylish decorated, with attention to detail. All rooms are fully air conditioned, with marble floors throughout the villa on all three levels. On the first floor is a very large (over 65 sq. m.) open plan kitchen-dining area and sitting room, with one huge sofa and 2 large sofa beds, coffee tables, WiFi, TV (cable) and DVD sound system. The luxury kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances (listed below) and a large dining table which seats 8 comfortably with ivory leather chairs. Double doors lead to a large terrace with more sofas, chairs and a table. The views are seriously great, truly unobstructed panoramic sea view from every room and every terrace. Next to the living room terrace there are stone steps down to the pool. Also on the living room floor you will find a facility room with an extra loo, a basin, the washer/dryer and an airing rack.
4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms
The top floor is fully reserved for the master bedroom, the other three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. There are two twin rooms, both with lovely views, sharing a main bathroom with shower over the bath, and a double with en-suite bath room. All bedrooms have french doors to the terrace. One of the twin rooms and the double overlook the pool. Additionally, two of the sofa's in the living room convert into large and comfy single beds, increasing the capacity of the villa to sleeping 10 guests.
Master bedroom en suite
On the top floor we have the spectacular master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and sitting area. The master bedroom can also be used as a family room with the option to sleep 4 in total when the sofa is converted into a double bed. The master bedroom has its own private terrace (picture below), where the views are truly breathtaking!
Double EnSuite
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with its own ensuite and view to the pool. French doors lead to the terrace and pool.
two Twin bedrooms
The two twin rooms on the ground floor share a family bathroom with shower over the bath. Both rooms have lovely views (one with pool view) and french doors to the terrace.
EXTRA SLEEPING SPACES*
The 2 large sofas in the living room can be converted into sofa beds for additional sleeping spaces. And there is also an Ikea folding sofa in the villa that is easy to move around to be placed anywhere you want it, and can be used as a single bed or unfolded into a standard double. This can make the sleeping arrangements more flexible, e.g. if you don’t like the idea of sleeping in the living room.

Bathrooms
There are 3 bathrooms in the house (1 with bath and shower and 2 bathrooms with a shower) and there is a fourth (separate) WC on the first floor (living room level).
OUTDOOR SPACE
Swimming pool, TERRACES, bbq area, garden
The villa has an abundance of outdoor space on various terraces, edged with lavender and flowery shrubs (lovely roses along the fence), with a choice of sunny or shaded sitting areas at all times throughout the day (the villa is facing South). An outside staircase from the living room on the first floor leads down directly to the pool area. Next to the large swimming pool is the BBQ area, where you will spend your calm evenings with home made food and red Bulgarian wine. Steps from the pool area lead down to the lawn / play area. It is quite large, as it is actually an extra full sized plot, securing the unobstructed views for ever.
