Villa Magdalen is the ultimate dream of a private holiday home, and - even better- it is available for rent! Magnificently white and impressive, the villa sits high in the hills above the Bulgarian Black Sea coastline, with panoramic sea views from each room, every terrace and the large private pool, overlooking the golden beach of Albena, just a few miles away. The prominent location is also within easy reach of Balchik, the picturesque town that is built like an amphitheatre above its pretty marina, steeped in history with its Palace, famous botanical gardens, and its colourful array of local shops and restaurants. The villa offers its holiday guests an exceptional quality of facilities for up to 10 guests (12 on request, only for families with children).

This four bedroom villa has a unique layout, with the spectacular master bedroom on the top floor, 3 large bedrooms on the ground floor, and the spacious living area situated in between, on the middle floor. Perfect if you want to share your holiday with friends or relatives as this setup provides more privacy for everyone. But this villa will feel just as homely to just one couple, or one small family as to a party of 10! And on prior arrangement (families with children only) we can even host up to 12 people. The interiors are beautifully decorated with marble throughout and there is air-conditioning in each room. The large swimming pool is surrounded by lavender edged terraces, with steps leading down to the next plot, that has been turned into the villa's lawn and play area, guaranteeing your uninterrupted sea view as well. A few steps up from the pool lead to a BBQ area with tables, chairs, and umbrellas. The wooden pergola on the other side provides a cool shaded spot during the heat of the day, the perfect spot to dream away overlooking the pool, the lawn and the coastline. The best spot on the coast!
Despite its private and tranquil location in a villa area known as 'Golden Fish', it is only 10 minutes to the bustling resort of Albena with its 6 km long beach, lots of bars, restaurants and clubs. Here you will find every activity you can imagine 'under the sun', for all ages. A 5-minute drive to the other side brings you to the pretty town of Balchik, which has lovely restaurants overlooking the new marina and a beautiful botanical garden. Even though prices in Bulgaria have slowly but gradually risen a bit over the recent years, you will here still find exceptional value for money. For our UK clients the yearly survey of holiday destinations world-wide by The Post Office UK might be a clear indication. This independant survey compares prices of the usual on-location expenses of holiday makers (e.g. eating out and drinks, local transport and car hire, your food shopping, prices at the beach, etcetera) and has classified Bulgaria for the third year in a row as the holiday destination with the best value for money. Spain is a lot more expensive at place 6 of the 2019 survey, and Greece is not even in the top-10. But not only the price is right, the quality is extremely good too.
