Booking request
Please use this form if you prefer this method of contact rather than booking online. But if you want to know a price for your dates of stay, you can instantly see it by clicking the dates in the schedule on our page ‘book online’ https://www.villamagdalen.com/book-online/. Booking online on that page, will secure your stay instantly, and you don’t have to wait for a reply to your request.
Important information
We will confirm availability by email, as soon as we receive your booking request, and will provide a full version of our Terms & Conditions with it.
We will usually respond to your request within an hour or two, depending on the time of day/night. We can make a reservation for you, that is provisional for the first 24 hours so you can book your flights, knowing you have secured the reservation of the villa. After 24 hours your booking is formally accepted (unless you notify us otherwise) and we will send you the invoice for your deposit.
The most important things to know:
- you will receive an invoice for the deposit (30% of your rental rate), and you need to pay this deposit within 24 hours, in order to confirm and secure your reservation. The full rental rate needs to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival at Villa Magdalen.
- the villa is ready for your arrival from 16.00 pm on your arrival date, and check-out time is 10.00 am on your departure day.
- it is not allowed to stay at the villa with more than 10 people. Possibly 12, on prior agreement and families only.
