IMPORTANT: You can see the EXACT price of your stay if you click your arrival and departure date in the calendar for online bookings. The price will be calculated automatically if you stay overlaps several price periods or if you are booking another number of days than full weeks.

• Your payment is safe and fully covered by PayPal’s Buyer Protection (we pay the extra “Paypal for Business” rates). Read all the details in our Terms and Conditions.

• Pay a deposit of only 30% of your total rental rate to confirm your reservation.
  Full payment is due 10 weeks before your arrival date.

• If your stay overlaps two price levels, we will calculate your price pro ratio of the number of days in each period.

• The minimum stay to book online is 7 days. Contact us for shorter stays. Outside of peak times, this will be possible.

• If you book 2 full weeks, you receive 10% discount on your 2nd week (and 3rd, etc.)
  PLEASE NOTE: we will manually apply this long-stay discount before we send your invoice (you will not see it in the online schedule).

• Change over days: the villa will be ready for your arrival from 16.00 pm.
  Check-out time on your departure day is 10.00 am.

• See our Terms and Conditions for our cancellation policy and your damage deposit. 

• If you are a UK resident, you can pay in Pound Sterling with a guaranteed price in Pound Sterling, so you will not have to fear currency changes between your deposit payment and your final payment. Ask us for details.
